As we enter into another holiday season, it is important to remember that for many the holidays are hard. According to the CDC, 11 to 14 million people are experiencing holiday grief this season. For those who may be having a hard time this holiday season, it is important to know that you aren’t alone, and that there are many resources to help you.

- Adult Group and Healing Services: offer Zoom and in-person groups as well as groups specific to the loss of a spouse or partner
